· Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cash on delivery.

· Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

· Once an order is placed, confirmation will be made via phone or email.

· For Dhaka city deliveries, estimated delivery time is 24–48 hours.

· For outside Dhaka, delivery may take 2–5 business days via courier service.

· Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

· • The product is damaged or defective.

· • The wrong product was delivered.

· Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

· Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process after receiving the returned item.

· Warranty coverage depends on the specific brand or manufacturer policy.

· Customers must present the original invoice to claim warranty service.

· Customer information (name, address, phone number, payment details) is securely stored and used only for order processing and delivery.

· We do not share customer data with third parties except when required for completing transactions.

· Zarif Trading is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

· We are not liable for third-party services such as payment gateways or courier companies.
