packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.

4. Customers must contact our customer service
before sending any product back.

5. Once verified, our team will confirm the
return procedure via phone or email.
Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after inspection
and approval of the returned item.

The refund amount will be credited within 5–7
business days.
·
Refunds will be issued through the same payment
method used for the original purchase (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank
transfer, or cash on delivery).
·
Delivery or courier charges are non-refundable.
·
Zarif Trading reserves the right to deny refund
requests in case of fraudulent or abusive activity.
